The only way I have figured out how to allow people to add/ change the site without literally giving them my login is by having them set up their own neocities site that I can then link onto the Radio Map.
Worry not!
There will be no need to learn the basics of HTML or CSS for you to participate (unless you want to ofc, don't let me stop you) I have set up a template that you can copy and paste into the HTML editor on Neocities and just replace the text and links with whatever you wish! You will have to set up a neocities account and then submit your complete neocities site URL and your email (so I can contact you about details and any further questions) into the form on this page.
1. First make a neocities account, this is very quick and easy and costs no amount of money. Click here to go to the Neocities home page where you can log in.
2. After that open up a new HTML (check where neociites sends you after you log in) into which you can copy the template HTML. Click here For the HTML template.
3. I have marked the areas (in greyed out text) where you can change certain aspects. This includes where you can add sound files, change the backgrounds, add in your own gifs or images and change the fonts.
4. After finishing this you can press save, preview to make sure everything is as you like.
5. Go back to this page and in the form below submit your link to your neocities site and your email. I will also leave a box where you can leave any message - here, if you want you can request a different gif for your slot on the radio map (at the moment the default is a boombox), as well as any other messages or if you are having techincal difficulties. I will email you back with confirmation or an answer to your questions.
6. And boom! The rest is out of your hands as I link one of the slots on the map to the site and it is now available to the public.
(ps. if sending email via form doesn't work you can send it manually to this email address: shadieturtle@gmail.com)
Here are some links to look through if you don't have your own images to add
